ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: Clock,
Toaster, Radio, Iron, Beach Towels. DAILY MAID SERVICE given in all
motel rooms and penthouses. JUNE THRU SEPT. maid service given 3
times a week to weekly rentals in 2-1/2 and 1-1/2 room efficiency (Sun.,
Tues & Thurs). Maid Service given once every three days in
efficiency apartment rented daily. MAID WILL NOT DO DISHES.
Extra person - $10.00 per person / per night - Cots and cribs available at
$10.00 per night. RESERVATIONS One nights deposit required
for all reservations. A deposit guarantees for you that we will hold
the room or rooms requested and that you will take the entire period
booked. Reservations may not be shortened after arrival. You
are responsible for the number of nights reserved. See Cancellation
Policy. PAYMENT Balance is due upon arrival. CANCELLATION
POLICY: Deposits (1st night stay) will be forfeited unless notice of
cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. This
includes credit card deposits. Reservations may not be shortened
after arrival. You are responsible for the number of nights
reserved. All other cancellations will be charged a $20.00 service
fee. RAIN or SHINE there are NO EXCEPTIONS.

OFF SEASON ONLY: GROUP RATES * SENIOR CITIZEN RATES - November thru April.
There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks or a $10.00
